If you're not medically eligible, your program fees are fully refunded.
Is this safe? Who are the clinicians and what kind of medication is this?
Your care is provided by US-licensed clinicians using GLP-1 medications that have been widely studied for weight management. In our programs, medications are compounded, they're prescribed only when medically appropriate and dispensed by vetted partner pharmacies. Your clinician reviews your history, screens for risks, and sets your dose with safety in mind. No medication is shipped until a clinician signs off.
Will my monthly price go up as my injection dose increases?
For our GLP-1 injection programs, no. Your clinician may gradually increase your dose over time, but your monthly program fee stays the same. In some higher-dose oral cases, medication fees can be higher; you'll see those prices clearly before you choose a program.
How long do people usually stay on a GLP-1 program?
Most patients use GLP-1 medication for at least 3 months to find a good dose and see early progress. For meaningful, lasting change, many stay on a program for 9-18+ months, including an initial weight-loss phase and a later maintenance phase. Programs are billed monthly, and once you've reached your goals or are close to them, you can talk with the care team about whether it makes sense to stop or transition to a maintenance plan.
Will I have to give myself injections?
Many patients use weekly injections because they're effective and cost-efficient. For patients who qualify and strongly prefer pills, oral GLP-1 options are available at a higher monthly fee. You can share your preference (injections, pills, or "not sure") during the intake.
What if I'm not medically eligible?

Do you take insurance? Can I use HSA/FSA?

Your monthly program fee covers medication (when prescribed), clinician review, portal access, support, and shipping, with no separate membership or hidden fees.
