The Platform allows users to connect with licensed healthcare providers through telehealth consultations. Healthcare providers using the Platform are independent medical professionals who are responsible for the medical care they provide.

Information provided on the Platform is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Users agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of their account
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

Users who provide SMS consent may receive transactional and informational text messages related to their account, appointments, inquiries, purchases, or requested services. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, account notifications, order or payment confirmations, follow-up messages, and customer service communications. Users who separately consent to marketing messages may also receive promotional texts, including special offers, discounts, service updates, new program announcements, and other marketing communications from The Anti Aging and Wellness Institute. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Healthcare providers may determine whether a prescription is appropriate based on a patient's medical evaluation. If prescribed, medications may be fulfilled by licensed pharmacies.

By entering your payment information and submitting your request, you authorize us, our affiliate CareValidate Inc., or our third-party payment processors to charge the amount due in accordance with their terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
